Responsibilities: • Provide specialized technical support for laser and inkjet printing equipment • Manage and resolve incidents using ERP and CRM tools. • Create and track service tickets. • Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). • Diagnose and repair dot matrix and label printer equipment. • Field productivity and support. • Maintain up-to-date official certifications from relevant brands. Requirements • 3 years of experience in printing technical support • Experience using ERP and CRM tools. • Ability to create and track service tickets and monitor SLAs. • Knowledge of dot matrix and label printer equipment. • Official brand certifications, if obtained. • Problem-solving and communication skills. *Important* Competitive salary based on experience/qualifications plus productivity bonuses.
