Position Summary: A technician or engineer responsible for ensuring optimal ATM operation through preventive and corrective maintenance, diagnostics, repair, and equipment installation. Carry out preventive maintenance and address corrective reports **Education:** Technical degree in systems or computer science; engineering degree in systems or software; technical degree in electronics; or engineering degree in electronics. **Position Objective:** Guarantee optimal ATM operation by executing preventive and corrective services. The incumbent will be responsible for performing diagnostics, maintaining, repairing, and installing equipment, ensuring ATMs operate efficiently and meet established quality standards and response time requirements. **Experience:** 1 year **Knowledge:** * Knowledge of computer equipment. * Knowledge of multimeter usage. * Knowledge of hand tool usage. * Service-oriented attitude. **Responsibilities:** * Execute preventive maintenance at their service center * Adhere to the preventive service schedule according to the SLA contracted by the client * Address and resolve special reports according to the SLA contracted by the client (corrective) * Install, train on, and commission new equipment Salary: $15,000.00 - $15,000.01 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
