IDS currently has the following vacancy: Technical Leader Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related field Experience in: Delivering technical analysis and system integration, detailing definitions for interaction with other applications Acting as a Solution Analyst to ensure the team understands user requirements Providing necessary information while considering identified Information Security requirements Designing software considering the end-to-end (E2E) solution, aligning with Solution Analysts from conception through production deployment and feature delivery to the client Ensuring interaction with the design of other participating applications in features documented in Confluence Ensuring adherence to technical quality standards for features executed in Confluence sites Developing the technology strategy based on the BoW as well as application requirements (CSIs S016, S264, and S500) in Jira Documenting and incorporating into the design relationship diagrams, component diagrams, etc., ensuring communication and security protocols are specified according to the technology stack, and linking them to backlog items in JIRA Decomposing Product Backlog functionalities aligned with the identified technological solution together with the Product Owner and Solution Analyst in JIRA Technically refining and updating Product Backlog epics and user stories together with the Product Owner, Solution Analyst, and Developers when required and as part of Sprint events Resolving specific questions from the team to ensure understanding of proposed technological functionalities and their correct operation Synchronizing with the team during feature planning, execution, and release, considering application interactions reflected in generated documentation Making visible technical blockers/dependencies and constraints both within and outside the team, seeking resolution in coordination with other technical roles Collaborating with the QA Lead to ensure alignment and documentation of the technical solution and test strategy (JIRA, Confluence) Technical Requirements Jira Confluence Diagramming tools ServiceNow AML KYC Offered: Statutory benefits Housing fund Retirement fund Savings account Fleet vehicle insurance Meetups and webinars Training programs Commercial agreements Educational agreements Work modality: HYBRID Work location: CDMX We are an inclusive company free from any form of discrimination, where opportunities are available to those who demonstrate attitude and talent.
