We are looking for a highly qualified Senior Accountant to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with tax obligations, maintaining the company's accounting-financial control, and generating strategic reports for decision-making. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, analytical capability, and strict adherence to current regulations. Responsibilities Supervise and execute the company's general accounting. Prepare financial statements, monthly reports, and accounting closings. Ensure compliance with local and federal tax obligations. Manage internal and external audits. Coordinate accounting entries in administrative systems (CONTPAQi). Analyze budget variances and propose financial improvements. Support the implementation of internal policies and controls. Provide support and coordination to the administration and finance department. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting (degree mandatory). Minimum 5 years of experience in general accounting, preferably in software companies. Proficiency in Mexican tax regulations and IFRS/Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF). Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting systems (CONTPAQi). Experience preparing financial reports for management. Analytical skills, organizational ability, and capacity to work under pressure.
