Job Summary: We are seeking a technical support specialist for CONTPAQi systems, with a strong service orientation, initiative, and commitment to continuous self-learning, to provide training and consulting services to businesses. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support and systems consulting for CONTPAQi 2. Continuous self-training and certification 3. Positive attitude and service-oriented mindset Job Responsibilities: 1. Provide technical support to various companies. 2. Train end users. 3. Deliver in-person and remote consulting for CONTPAQi systems to businesses. 4. Continuously self-train and also attend courses offered by the CONTPAQi brand. 5. Obtain certifications. 6. Perform computer formatting and network configuration. Profile: Education: High school diploma or technical/vocational degree in computing or information systems (current students accepted) Technical Competencies: Proficiency in full computer formatting procedures, network configuration, and general technical support. (Digital marketing design knowledge is desirable.) Soft Skills: Passion for self-study to stay continuously updated (mandatory), teamwork aligned with goals or objectives, empathy toward colleagues and clients, positivity, ability to self-reflect to prevent errors, logical reasoning ability. Job Requirements: Initiative, positive attitude, teamwork, frustration tolerance, results orientation, solution identification, and—most importantly—a service-oriented mindset. Additional Contributions to the Role: Strong writing and spelling skills, professional presence. We Offer: · Base salary: $3,000 MXN biweekly, plus monthly incentives based on services delivered. · Working hours: 9:30 AM–2:00 PM or 1:00–6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. · Saturday schedule: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM; two Saturdays per month (negotiable only if attending classes on Saturdays). · Location: Leon, Guanajuato.
