Focus on problem solving **Join our team!** We are looking for an experienced **Systems Assistant**, who is proactive, organized, and passionate about technical support, to ensure the proper functioning of our equipment and systems. **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to users (on-site and remote). * Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. * Installation, configuration, and updating of software and hardware. * Diagnosis and resolution of equipment and network failures. * Basic network administration (LAN/WiFi). * Ticket or incident tracking and management. * Data backup and safeguarding. **Requirements:** * Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field (completed). * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in technical support. * Knowledge of: * Windows operating systems * Computer equipment maintenance * Basic networking * Microsoft Office suite * Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and problem-solving focus. **We Offer:** * Salary of $10,000 to $12,000 per month, tax-free. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Growth opportunities. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Saturday. **Work Location:** Texcoco Centro. **Application:** If you meet the profile, apply through this channel or send your updated CV.
