Are you ready to take the next step in your career and join our team as our Systems Architect Engineer at KONE Mexico, based in the Torreón area? * Do you hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Systems Engineering, Architecture, Software, Electrical/ Electronics Engineering, or a related field? * Do you have 7\+ years of experience in systems\-level design, engineering, or architecture within a technical or R\&D environment? * Are you able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing? * Do you have a strong understanding of electrical systems and the interaction between hardware and software components? * Are you experienced working with digital products, including networking, communication protocols, cloud services, APIs, and cybersecurity? * Do you have deep technical expertise in electrical and software\-driven systems, such as control, embedded, and digital systems? * Are you able to collaborate effectively across teams, locations, and time zones, and tailor communication to different audiences and stakeholders? * Do you have experience translating high\-level product requirements into detailed technical specifications for diverse stakeholders? * Do you demonstrate strong systems thinking, with the ability to understand complex systems, their dynamics, and interactions? * Do you have experience with product lifecycle management, including designing architectures that consider long\-term scalability and sustainability beyond a single release? As our Systems Architect Engineer, you will lead system architecture studies and reviews, ensuring alignment between North America requirements and global initiatives. You will play a key role in defining and supporting system requirements, connecting them to verification and validation strategies to enable robust software and hardware solutions. You will act as a technical expert throughout the product lifecycle, supporting development projects, providing clear technical direction, and ensuring alignment with architectural standards and long\-term product strategies. In parallel, you will contribute to innovation initiatives, leveraging automation, Artificial Intelligence, and digital tools to enhance R\&D efficiency and enable new design opportunities for KONE Americas. A critical aspect of the role includes supporting cybersecurity initiatives by understanding evolving risks in connected elevator systems and ensuring secure, compliant solutions. You will also ensure design quality and adherence to global standards, while maintaining effective communication channels and up\-to\-date system architecture documentation.
