Working with minimal supervision and goal-oriented Job Description Integra Consultoría is seeking a Junior Support Engineer for its CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) Business Vertical to assist clients in operating our industry-value solutions. Responsibilities: - Serve as the point of contact for existing customers. - Document incidents and track their resolution. - Implement temporary solutions (workarounds) for known errors. - Deliver excellent service to both internal and external customers. - Identify incident trends to generate problem reports. Knowledge and Skills: - Customer service - Ability to multitask efficiently. - Problem solving. - Verbal and written communication skills. - Experience working with minimal supervision. - Goal-oriented work approach. - Knowledge of ITIL. - Familiarity with Cloud and Mobile technologies. - Ability to work and collaborate in virtual teams. - Willingness to learn.
