Fabrication and assembly of concrete walls (Tilt\-UP), Installation of prefabricated or conventional steel structures. Construction of perimeter walls (precast concrete, block, etc.). Installation of roofing and waterproofing systems for large surfaces. Construction of high-strength industrial flooring (reinforced concrete, polished, etc.). Installation of fire protection systems specific to warehouses. Construction of access points, loading and unloading docks. Knowledge of regulations and standards for industrial and storage buildings. Technical Knowledge: Civil Engineering or Architecture: University degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields is highly desirable. In-depth knowledge of construction processes: Mastery of techniques and procedures used in industrial warehouse construction. Interpretation of blueprints and technical specifications: Ability to read, understand, and apply architectural, structural, mechanical plans, and technical specifications.
