Job Summary: Softtek is seeking a Junior Technical Support professional to provide assistance with applications, email systems, user management, and hardware and software equipment maintenance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive technical support for systems and users 2. Management of ticketing system tools 3. Experience with Remedy Global/ServiceNow or other ticketing management tools. Support for applications and email accounts; Microsoft Office suite, Outlook, Exchange. User creation and deactivation, permissions, passwords, resets, migrations. Image deployment, patching. Level 1 and Level 2 support. Basic network configuration and equipment maintenance. Hardware and software support, mobile devices, computing equipment, etc. Flexible working hours. Intermediate-to-conversational English proficiency preferred.
