Job Description: **Responsibility** Be responsible for coordinating the execution tasks of assigned construction projects, such as clinics, offices, X-ray rooms, operating rooms, hemodialysis rooms, hemodynamic labs, laboratories, PET CT rooms, accelerators, and other necessary areas for the installation of medical equipment. **Functions** * Supervise on-site work to ensure compliance with project specifications, coordinating contractor and supplier efforts regarding timing and logistics to meet project plans * Plan and execute procurement following PMI standards * Identify deviations in specifications, time, scope, and quality, and propose mitigation solutions * Prepare weekly and biweekly reports fully complying with required formats * Comply with site safety conditions, and prepare and monitor daily logs. **Highest Level of Education** Bachelor's Degree / Engineering **Relevant Field of Study** Architecture or Civil Engineering **Technical Knowledge** Experience in execution, cost estimation, and bidding for: * Hospital projects and constructions, building expansions involving concrete and steel structures of more than 3 levels and slabs exceeding 1000m². * Prefabricated façade construction including EIFS, ventilated façades, prefabricated panels, Duovent glazing, louvers; applicable to buildings, not houses. * Interior construction using gypsum board systems, reticular ceiling systems, and interior partitioning in projects up to 1,000m². * Certified and automatic glass doors. * Finishes using porcelain tiles, natural stones, marble, granite. * Execution and supply of custom woodwork furniture. * Installation of air conditioning systems such as package units, VRV, chillers. * Cooling towers, including installation procedures and commissioning operations. * Fire protection systems based on hydrants, sprinklers, and special fire suppression gases. **Equipment / Machinery / Software Skills:** Windows Office (Advanced Excel, Word, Outlook), AutoCAD, Advanced Project Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Life insurance * Cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site position
