**Infosys –– Senior Scrum Master** * Sr. Scrum Master – The Sr. Scrum Master will facilitate the agile processes, coach teams on Scrum principles, and remove impediments to help the team be productive and self\-organizing. Key responsibilities include running daily stand\-ups and other Scrum events, shielding the team from external interruptions, and ensuring the team adheres to the Scrum framework. The role is one of a servant\-leader and facilitator, not a traditional manager, with a focus on improving team performance and continuous improvement. * Core responsibilities: + Facilitate Scrum events: Lead and facilitate all Scrum events, including daily stand\-ups, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. + Remove impediments: Identify and remove obstacles or blockers that slow down the team's progress. + Coach the team: Coach the team and the broader organization on agile principles, values, and practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement. + Shield the team: Protect the team from external distractions and interruptions to maintain their focus and productivity. + Promote collaboration: Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team and with stakeholders, including the Product Owner. + Ensure Scrum adherence: Make sure the team is following the Scrum framework and principles effectively. Locations for this position are **Mexico (Mexico City)**. Qualifications Basic* Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field with 8\+ years’ experience in IT Industry and minimum 3\-4 yrs. Experience as Scrum Master Mandatory Skillsets: * Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. * Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills. * Leadership abilities, often described as servant\-leadership. * Problem\-solving and conflict\-resolution skills. * Has experience in the Salesforce domain and understanding of the Salesforce sales Cloud. * Should have Scrum Master certification. * Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills. * Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps). * 7\+ Agile model/Scrum * Execution of scrum ceremonies: Sprint planning, Daily scrum/standup meeting, Sprint review, Sprint retrospective. Other Relevant Experience* Proficient in English communication * Experience in software development life cycle including agile. Participates in implementations of new systems or modifications to existing systems to meet Information Systems and client business requirements. * Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment * Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
