Required Profile: \-Education: Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering (Structural), or Industrial Engineering. \-Experience: Minimum 3\-5 years in heavy machinery or steel structure design (knowledge of CMAA or AISC standards is desirable). \-Software (Mandatory): SolidWorks or Inventor (3D) and AutoCAD (2D). 2\. Technical Competencies: \-Structural Calculation: Stress and deflection analysis, and material selection for heavy loads. \-Document Control: Impeccable management of drawing revisions and bills of materials (BOM). \-Technological Proficiency (ICTs): Expert use of cloud services (Drive), digital task management, and process tracking via email/ERP. \-Time Methodology: Ability to forecast manufacturing productivity (welding, assembly, painting) and establish production KPIs. 3\.
