Ensuring compliance with SICT and AASHTO standards **Job Description:** We are seeking a Civil Engineer with extensive experience in complex engineering designs, ensuring compliance with legal, contractual, and organizational requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** * Structural design of bridges (reinforced and prestressed concrete). * Performing structural modeling in STAAD PRO. * Reviewing and validating calculation reports, drawings, and technical specifications. * Resolving technical issues. * Ensuring compliance with SICT and AASHTO standards. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. * Master’s degree preferred. * 8–12 years of experience in structural and bridge design. * Proven experience in at least 3–5 bridge projects. * Full proficiency in STAAD PRO software. * Solid knowledge of bridge design. **Key Skills:** * Decision-making. * Working under pressure. * Analytical thinking and resolution of complex problems. * Effective communication. * High accountability and focus on structural safety.
