Responsibilities / Assignments: · Tracking (contact with field engineering, coordination) · Follow-up appointments: contact coordination for rescheduling · Filling out service control logs · Remote support to Engineering · Contact with support or second-line teams. · Reporting incidents occurring during service or tracking - Data entry and tracking, with knowledge of ATM (automated teller machine) tracking We provide all statutory benefits.
