A leading IT consulting firm is hiring a Scrum Master Act as an agile mentor within the organization, driving digital transformation and sustainable team performance. Requirements: More than 3 years of experience in the Scrum Master role Experience leading multiple agile teams or in scaled agile environments. Intermediate conversational English required Valid Scrum Master certification; advanced certifications (A-CSM, PSM II) are preferred. Desirable experience working with teams developing using AI Responsibilities: -Facilitating the Scrum process -Strategically removing impediments -Coaching and mentoring the team -Collaborating closely with the Product Owner to ensure the Product Backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with overall product strategy and business objectives. -Working closely with other Scrum Masters, leaders, and stakeholders to increase Scrum effectiveness and adoption across the organization. -Leading and participating in Scrum planning and adoption across the company, helping stakeholders and employees understand its benefits. -Acting as an agent of change, promoting an agile culture beyond development teams.
