This role requires strong facilitation skills, structured delivery management, and the ability to balance Agile execution with traditional project oversight. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand\-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Remove impediments and help development teams maintain delivery momentum Partner with Product Owners and Business Analysts to ensure clear prioritization and readiness of User Stories Track sprint progress, velocity, and delivery risks using structured reporting and dashboards Manage overall project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple workstreams Coordinate dependencies between engineering, QA, business stakeholders, and external partners Support release planning and ensure alignment between roadmap commitments and execution capacity Ensure Agile best practices are followed while adapting delivery models as needed Provide clear communication to leadership on status, risks, scope changes, and mitigation plans Drive continuous improvement initiatives across team processes and delivery performance.
