We are looking for a passionate **Sales Engineer** to join our team in **Zapopan, Jalisco**, and become part of the process transformation in key industries. Your role will be pivotal in connecting our customers with the best 3D printing solutions. You will be responsible for: · Understanding the company’s products and services. · Conducting prospecting activities and identifying opportunities to expand the company’s customer portfolio. · Managing a sales pipeline and proactively following up on a high volume of prospects and/or customers via various channels such as phone, email, chat, etc. · Conducting in-person or video-call visits to all customers (active and/or potential) to understand their needs and recommend the optimal 3D printing solution (presentations, demonstrations, etc.). · Preparing and following up on quotations sent to customers. · Providing advisory support, reviewing, repairing, preparing, and redesigning CAD files for 3D printing. · Following up with customers throughout the entire sales process until payment collection. · Achieving established sales targets and goals. · Assisting at company events to promote the brand. · Availability for domestic travel. **Knowledge and Skills** **Completed Bachelor’s Degree: Related to engineering, manufacturing, and/or 3D design** **· Demonstrable knowledge and experience in selling industrial machinery and/or additive manufacturing technologies or 3D printing (Preferred)** · Experience with 3D modeling software; SolidWorks, Fusion 360, etc. (Mandatory) · **Intermediate–Advanced English (Mandatory)**, as all training materials are in English. · Experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales. · Preferred experience in the manufacturing, automotive, or aerospace sectors, conducting negotiations and prospecting with diverse customer types. · Knowledge of industrial zones and the national market. · Proactive attitude, ability to learn quickly, orientation toward challenges, strong verbal communication skills, and enthusiasm for industrial sales. · High sense of responsibility and commitment.
