




Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the operational continuity of Point of Sale (POS) systems through technical support, configuration, and monitoring, managing incidents and maintaining communication with users. Handling and tracking of operational incidents Retail Store Support Analyst Responsible for ensuring the operational continuity of Point of Sale (POS) systems by providing technical support, configuration, and monitoring of hardware, applications, and databases, ensuring timely resolution of incidents impacting store operations. Work Mode: Primarily on-site, especially during peak demand periods, with occasional option for remote work. Main Responsibilities Provide remote and on-site technical support for Point of Sale (POS) systems as required. Configure and install POS hardware and peripherals. Execute equipment and application migrations and updates. Handle and track operational incidents. Meet established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Communicate with users via phone, email, and chat. Validate and monitor services related to store operations. RequirementsEducation Completed Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field. Experience Support experience in retail stores and/or restaurants. Help Desk experience. Remote and on-site technical support experience. Technical Knowledge Windows. Point of Sale (POS) systems. Configuration and installation of thermal printers. Software installation and configuration. Peripheral configuration. Remote access tools. Basic database administration. Validation of Windows services. Handling of operational incidents. Communication with users and vendors. SQL Server. Ticket management tools. Working Hours Current rotational shifts are: 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Store closing shifts from 5:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. Employment Type Indefinite-term employment contract.
