We operate across Mexico and LATAM, supporting banking institutions, valuation units, law firms, and agents in optimizing their processes. We are looking for a Project Manager Jr. who is passionate about staying current with emerging technologies, processes, tools, and applications aimed at process optimization. WORK EXPERIENCE - Demonstrable experience of 2–3 years as a project leader. OTHER REQUIREMENTS: - Advanced English. - Preferred: Project management certification (AGILE, SCRUM, CCPM, etc.). - Preferred: Familiarity with project management software (Clickup, Fresh Desk, Microsoft Project, Jira, etc.). - Mandatory: Document Management Software (Google Workspace and Microsoft 365). - Preferred: Knowledge of project administration methodologies. ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computing, Systems Engineering, or related field. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Design, manage, and coordinate projects. - Define applicable methodologies. - Manage resources for project execution. - Conduct financial analyses to determine project profitability. - Monitor, document, and report on project phases. - Make decisions and prioritize projects. - Track project tasks to identify any deviations from objectives. - Define quality standards for each project deliverable. - Anticipate and manage project-related risks. - Manage and communicate with vendors. - Lead the project team.
