Resource administration and personnel coordination. **Main Responsibilities** * **Production Planning**: Organize the garment production line, from cutting to packaging. \- Monitor progress and resolve issues to ensure timely delivery. * **Process Supervision**: Oversight of subcontractors, fabric spreading, resting, printing, and preparation. * **Quality Management**: Conduct audits, manage follow-up reports for management, ensure compliance with garment manufacturing standards. * **Resource Administration**: Personnel allocation, piece-rate payroll control, coordination of overtime, area-specific performance measurement. * **Delivery of Results**: Ensure products meet design deadlines and specifications. **General Requirements** * **Academic Qualification**: Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience**: Minimum 5 years in textile production processes, preferably in sportswear, uniforms, or fashion. * **Preferred Age Range**: Between 30 and 45 years old. * **Technical Knowledge**: Proficiency in management software (Office), reading production tickets, inventory control. * **Competencies**: Leadership, effective communication, ability to negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers.
