This role will focus on coordinating ticket tracking, communicating with stakeholders, and reporting KPIs across incident, service, and demand management processes. **Requirements** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field * Advanced English (C1), with strong written and verbal communication skills * Strong communication skills; comfortable interacting with multiple stakeholders * Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies * Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive * Comfortable working with data in tools such as Power BI / Excel **Experience** * 0–2 years of experience * Experience or exposure to ticketing or project management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira) is a plus **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor and track tickets across incident, service, and demand management workflows * Proactively contact regional/market stakeholders to obtain updates, unblock issues, and ensure timely responses * Track progress and maintain visibility of pending items, risks, and delays * Support reporting of KPIs and operational metrics based on ticket data * Support organization and maintenance of Azure DevOps * Provide general operational support to Product Management (coordination, tracking, documentation) **Required Soft Skills** * Proactive and extroverted personality * Strong tracking and coordination skills * Interest in learning and growing within Product/IT environments In addition to an attractive compensation package, we offer a collaborative and multicultural environment where every voice matters.
