




The Procurement Analyst will be responsible for supporting all activities related to the acquisition of goods and services, ensuring that purchasing processes are carried out in accordance with the company’s policies and guidelines. **Responsibilities:** **Purchasing Support:** * Conduct supplier quotations and comparisons. * Prepare and issue purchase orders under the supervision of the Procurement Coordinator. **Supplier Tracking:** * Track deliveries and ensure materials arrive on time and in full. * Maintain constant communication with suppliers to resolve any issues. **Documentation Control:** * Keep purchase and contract records up to date. * Prepare reports on the status of purchase orders. **Process Optimization:** * Identify areas for improvement in procurement processes and propose efficient solutions. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Experience:** 2–3 years in procurement or logistics roles, preferably in the industrial or hydrocarbons sector. * **Skills:** * Knowledge of procurement management. * Proficiency in Excel and inventory management software. * Organizational and communication skills.
