**Senior Platform Engineer / DevOps (AWS)** **Fintech – Migration to AWS – Platform Engineering – High Technical Maturity** We are looking for a **Senior Platform Engineer** with strong experience in **AWS, IaC, CI/CD, containers, and observability**, to lead the modernization of our infrastructure and the development of internal platforms for multiple development teams. **Ideal Profile** * \+5 years of experience in DevOps / Platform Engineering / SRE. * Solid experience in **AWS**, IaC, containers, and CI/CD. * Background in **Fintech or regulated environments** (desirable). * Advanced English proficiency. * High level of collaboration with Tech Leads, Architects, and AppSec. * Platform mindset, automation, and continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and build **internal platforms**, developer portals, and standardized pathways. * Lead the **on\-premise/TFS → AWS/Azure DevOps migration** with a cloud\-native approach. * Implement **Terraform**, GitOps, and secure, scalable architectures on AWS. * Design reusable **CI/CD pipelines** for multiple product teams. * Manage Kubernetes/ECS, Docker, and image optimization. * Implement **observability solutions** (monitoring, logging, tracing). * Establish **SLIs, SLOs, MTTR, incident management** and perform SRE functions (temporary). * Automate processes, create internal tools, and provide technical support to teams. * Ensure **security**, basic compliance (PCI/SOC2\), and secret management. **Direct Impact on Key Metrics** Deployment frequency, MTTR, lead time, reliability, cost optimization, pipeline success rate, developer experience. **We Offer:** Statutory benefits Hybrid work model Opportunities for growth and development Job type: Full\-time Salary: $70,000\.00 \- $75,000\.00 per month Application question(s): * Do you live in Monterrey?
