




**Job Objective:** Plan, schedule, and manage maintenance information. Planning of service orders, updating information in Salesforce software, tracking spare parts, scheduling activities, failure analysis. **Professional Background:** Engineering, Industrial Maintenance TSU, electromechanical, mechanical, mechatronic, electronic, or related field. **Knowledge:** · Microsoft Office. · Maintenance management systems (SAP, ORACLE, SALESFORCE, MP, etc.). · Mechanical and electrical tools (preferred). · Desired experience in spare parts warehouse management. · Minimum 2 years’ experience in preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. **Skills:** · Organized. · Service-oriented attitude. · Ability to work under pressure. · Strong analytical ability. · Effective communication. · Time management. · Problem solving. · Attention to detail. · Schedule flexibility. · Adherence to values, policies, and procedures. **Key Responsibilities:** · Schedule services. · Create new maintenance plans. · Keep the service calendar up to date. · Verify spare parts availability in system and physically. · Communicate with customers to confirm services and pending items. · Develop and coordinate predictive maintenance programs. · Keep the service platform updated. · Fulfill contracted services. · Monitor and meet department KPIs. · Analyze service reports. · Identify required spare parts for services. · Manage working capital not exceeding defined targets. · Generate specific reports. · Ensure and monitor proper use of the Salesforce Maintenance System. · Responsible for controlling the history of each equipment and its maintenance. · Develop and document procedures, programs, and controls. · Guarantee and coordinate necessary resources for execution of all activities. · Prepare equipment inventory, update it, and track recurring services. SCHEDULE: 8:00 A.M. – 6:00 P.M. Job Type: Full-time, indefinite term. Salary: $10,000.00 – $11,200.00 per month.
