




Position Summary: Payroll and personnel management specialist, collaborating with Accounting and HR departments, handling payroll incidents and personnel files. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive payroll management and payroll-related incidents. 2. Administrative support in file and contract control. 3. Strategic collaboration with the Human Resources Management team. DescriptionIMPORTANT FOR THIS POSITION· Knowledge of payroll management to collaborate effectively with the Accounting department and ensure employees receive their salaries correctly.· This includes handling incidents (absences, overtime, vacations), deductions, benefits, etc.· Familiarity with and ability to operate the SUA platform.Administrative tasks:· Support administrative processes related to file and contract control.· Assist the Human Resources Management department in implementing and complying with corporate policies.Personnel control:· Prepare and maintain personnel files containing personal data: incidents, vacations, hiring/termination records, salary adjustments, etc. · Preparation of payroll incidents: · Report biweekly changes such as salary adjustments, vacations to be taken, vacations to be paid, applicable deductions, etc. (payroll incidents). -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor’s degree 3 years of experience Keywords: specialist, especialista
