**Operator Coordinator** Efficiently coordinate the **assignment of trips, dispatch, and operational monitoring** of tractor-trailer operators, ensuring the proper execution of the **complete trip cycle**, productivity, and compliance with safety and service standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Trip assignment and unit dispatch. * **Monitoring and management of foreign routes**, ensuring compliance with schedules and safety. * Roadside tracking and incident response. * Control of **operator rest periods, vacations, and schedules.** * Administration of **yard, ramp, and customer site access.** * Monitoring of **loading/unloading times and dock appointments.** * Calculation and oversight of **operator productivity bonuses.** * Coordination of the **operator's complete trip cycle** (departure, transit, delivery, return, and administrative closure). * Constant communication with traffic, maintenance, monitoring, and human resources teams. **Requirements** * **Education:** Completed high school or technical degree (preferably in Engineering, Logistics, Transportation, or related field). * **Minimum Experience:** 2 years as a Coordinator in **freight transportation or tractor-trailer fleet operations.** * Knowledge of: * Operation of **long-distance routes.** * **GPS monitoring systems and trip control.** * **Availability to work rotating shifts.** Only applicants meeting the required profile will be considered.
