Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate daily logistics and transportation operations activities. * Ensure adherence to delivery timelines and service quality standards. * Manage route scheduling and resource allocation. * Monitor driver and operational staff performance. * Implement continuous improvements in operational processes. * Track and analyze operational KPIs, taking corrective actions when necessary. * Coordinate with the customer service team to ensure effective resolution of requests and complaints. * Manage documentation and reporting related to daily operations.
