The purpose of our Occupational Physician is to promote a healthy environment within the organization—from onboarding new employees through their tenure—by providing medical care to prevent health issues that could affect job performance. Key responsibilities include: 1.- Providing medical care and responding to emergencies for administrative, operational, and onboard employees, conducting laboratory and diagnostic tests, and issuing medical prescriptions and medications to initiate treatment—ensuring employee well-being for optimal job performance. 2.- Always acting with integrity and demonstrating ethical conduct in strict adherence to internal rules, policies, and procedures, maintaining a preventive approach to occupational risks. Education Requirements: Our Occupational Physician must hold: a Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine, valid professional license, and registration with the Ministry of Health.
