Job Summary: We are seeking an intern or recent graduate to professionalize machinery management, inventory control, and strategic communication. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage technical quotations and suppliers 2. Analyze data and generate performance reports 3. Support bilingual/technical communication between departments Join our team as a Maintenance Planning Intern! Intern or recent graduate in Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering. You will be the key player in professionalizing our machinery management—from inventory control (spare parts control) to strategic communication with management. Activities or Projects: * Create and administer the spare parts inventory control system. * Manage technical quotations and supplier interactions. * Analyze data and generate departmental performance reports. * Support bilingual/technical communication between departments Requirements: * English: Intermediate–advanced level (essential for translation and reading international manuals/quotations). * Excel: Advanced level (mandatory for building the inventory system). * Technical reading: Ability to interpret basic manuals and diagrams for accurate quotation. * Students of Industrial, Mechatronics, or Mechanical Engineering (7th semester or later).
