Experience with Remedy Global / ServiceNow or other ticket management tools. Application support, email account management, Microsoft Office suite, Outlook, Exchange. User creation and deactivation, permission management, password resets, migrations. Image deployment, patching. Level 1 and Level 2 support. Basic network configuration and equipment maintenance. Hardware and software support, mobile devices, computing equipment, etc. Schedule flexibility. Intermediate-to-conversational English proficiency is desirable.
