The purpose of our JUNIOR INFORMATION MANAGEMENT ANALYST is to design, build, maintain, and optimize data storage and processing infrastructures and systems to facilitate their analysis and efficient utilization, enabling the organization to make informed decisions. Job Responsibilities: Add new data sources or modify existing ones in the company’s BI tool. Provide assistance for data access issues or performance problems. Support queries regarding the use of Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep, and Tableau Cloud. Provide information to address audit requirements. Support with creation of or questions about ETLs. Review database models. Administer the reporting tool. Answer questions regarding the use of the reporting application. Support with SQL query and stored procedure performance issues. Document processes. Maintain applications assigned to the coordination team. Respond to tickets assigned to the coordination team. Review performance issues of databases under our responsibility. Improve internal coordination processes and documentation. Administer the Tableau tool. Manage the database CMDB. Develop strategies that contribute to Data Governance Education Requirement: Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering or related field. Work Experience: Knowledge of certain programming languages (preferably C# or Visual Basic .NET); knowledge of databases (preferably MS SQL Server, Oracle, DB2); intermediate-level SQL proficiency; requirement identification and documentation; BI tools (Tableau, QlikView, Cognos, Power BI).
