IT Systems Consultant - Aspel Systems or ERP

Job Summary: We are seeking an Aspel systems consultant to implement, train, and support users, develop projects, and improve processes, with a focus on accounting and administration. Key Highlights: 1. Implementation and training on administrative and accounting systems 2. Project development and incident resolution for clients 3. Analysis and improvement of business processes using software * Implement, train, and advise end users of Aspel Administrative and Accounting systems, either onsite and/or remotely * Preparation and delivery of courses, either onsite and/or remotely * Project development * Immediate resolution of user tickets. * Self-directed learning of Aspel software and emerging technologies. * Knowledge of Business Administration and Accounting. * Ability to analyze solutions and develop satellite applications for clients. * Ability to analyze and improve business processes based on software usage. * Generation of reports both within and outside Aspel systems * Basic IIS configuration * SQL installation and configuration * Knowledge of SQL database statements * Self-directed learning to stay updated on tax reforms. * Support to the sales department in conducting software demonstrations * Basic knowledge of servers and network configurations * Knowledge of Windows 10, Server 2016 and later configurations. Requirements: Education: Technical high school diploma in administrative informatics, or Bachelor’s degree in administrative informatics or related field Age: 25–35 years Experience: 1 year in a similar position Valid driver’s license (optional) Strong verbal communication skills and enthusiasm for resolving incidents and delivering customer service Self-directed learner Proficiency in Microsoft Office Honesty Responsibility Languages: Spanish, English *Ideal candidate has prior experience with Aspel systems; if not, must have experience with similar systems and willingness to undergo Aspel systems training.
