For this reason, we are currently looking for: **Infrastructure Leader** **Role Mission:** Transform and lead corporate technological infrastructure to turn it into a competitive advantage, ensuring seamless connectivity, robust identity management, and efficient software operations—guaranteeing maximum productivity for every employee and full security of the office’s digital assets. **Critical Responsibilities:** * **WiFi Network Reengineering:** Diagnose and resolve current stability and coverage issues, ensuring high-density, high-speed connectivity. * **Active Directory/LDAP/IAM Implementation:** Design and execute migration to a centralized identity management system (Active Directory, Azure AD, or Google Cloud Identity) to centralize access and device control. * **Physical Infrastructure Management:** Administer and optimize the network (LAN/WLAN), firewalls, PBX telephony, room-based videoconferencing systems, and corporate displays. * **Hardware Lifecycle Management:** Implement an IT Asset Management (ITAM) system for full control over inventories, warranties, and technology refresh cycles for computers, phones, and audiovisual equipment. * **License Management:** Advanced administration of Google Workspace, Freshdesk, and security software—optimizing license usage and costs. * **Team Leadership:** Lead and mentor the technical support team, defining KPIs and SLAs to ensure excellence in service delivery. * **Vendor Management:** Negotiate contracts for hardware, software, internet, telephony, and technical supplies—always seeking optimal cost-benefit ratios. **Technical Requirements (Hard Skills):** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience as an IT Operations and Infrastructure Leader—or equivalent role aligned with the responsibilities and requirements of this position. * **Advanced Networking:** VLAN, VPN, firewall rule configuration, and WiFi spectrum analysis. * **IT Asset Inventory and Lifecycle Management (ITAM).** * **Identity Management:** In-depth experience implementing Active Directory, LDAP, IAM, or SSO solutions. * **Endpoint Administration:** Proficiency with MDM tools for policy deployment and patching. * **SaaS Management:** Prior experience as administrator for Google Workspace and antivirus software. /Microsoft 365 mandatory. * **Hardware:** In-depth knowledge of physical server maintenance and structured cabling. * **Audiovisual and IP Infrastructure:** Technical management of integrated videoconferencing systems (Poly, Logitech, Zoom/Google Rooms) and VoIP/PBX telephony. * **Coordination of work teams (3–5 people) and coaching.** **Key Competencies (Soft Skills):** * Sense of Urgency and Results Orientation * Passion for Service * Innovation * Leadership * Teamwork **Offered:** * Professional growth * Job stability * Nominal salary * Direct employment with the company **Work Location:** Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico (near Valle Dorado) If you meet the profile and are interested in this opportunity, please apply through this channel—we will contact you shortly.
