




Job Summary: Position responsible for ensuring legal/administrative participation and response in contracts, managing documents and services with clients. Key Highlights: 1. Contractual risk management and executive reporting This position must ensure proper legal/administrative participation and response from the contracts area. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the legal and administrative documents required for contracting and service delivery to clients, such as amendments, confidentiality agreements, memoranda of understanding, tenders, delivery letters, delivery checklists, evidence, etc. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Administration or Law (graduated or recent graduate). Minimum 1 year of verifiable and recent experience in this role. Experience in preparing and tracking government tenders. Experience in contract administration and tracking. Excellent reading comprehension, writing, and spelling skills. Intermediate Office software proficiency. Excellent personal presentation. Responsibilities: • Define deliverables checklist per contract (acceptance criteria, evidence, milestones). • Validate deliverables against contract (functional scope, quality, documentation, testing). • Monitor schedule compliance and manage deviations. • Supervise project leads on proper execution and documentation. • Manage contractual risks (identification, assessment, mitigation, and tracking). • Issue executive compliance reports and early alerts. • Timely tracking of records, failures, and contracts. • Store and classify files.
