




Job Summary: You will be responsible for providing IT support to customers, ensuring success in response times and customer satisfaction, delivering software, hardware, and product support. You will be responsible for delivering IT support to customers, ensuring success in response times and customer satisfaction. Your daily responsibilities will include: * Software and hardware support * Specialized product support (AmbitPro) * SLA monitoring * Response across multiple support channels (WhatsApp, Odoo, Gmail, Wati) * Incident documentation * Project tracking using Scrum methodology What We Are Looking For: * Minimum 1 year of experience in **external customer service.** * **Experience with Point-of-Sale systems, ERP, or Billing Systems is desirable.** * Degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Process Engineering, Technical Degree in Computer Systems, or related field. * **SQL database proficiency is desirable.** * Experience working with the Windows operating system. * Expertise in time management. * **Skilled at prioritizing issues.** Our Value Proposition: * $12,000 net monthly salary. * On-site cafeteria service. * Statutory benefits. * Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:30 PM; fixed weekends off (Saturday and Sunday). * Fully remote on-call duty, one week per month. * Hybrid work model: 3 days remote, 2 days onsite. * In-person training. * Additional benefits after 3 months.
