Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior DataOps Engineer with SQL experience to design, implement, and maintain DataOps solutions, optimize data processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining DataOps solutions that improve the efficiency and quality of data processes. Your experience as an SQL Developer will be critical in developing and optimizing queries and databases that support our data operations. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure data is managed agilely and that data integration and transformation processes run smoothly. A meticulous approach and strong analytical skills are required to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions. Additionally, you must maintain high-level communication with the team to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. This is an on-site position requiring the ability to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment. We would like candidates to have: Python: Intermediate knowledge for automation scripting. Solid SQL: Ability to perform Joins, data analysis, and query diagnostics. BigQuery: Prior experience or academic/professional use of the tool. Infrastructure Fundamentals: Basic Linux (terminal) and Git/GitHub proficiency. Support Experience: Prior experience resolving technical incidents or tickets. Desirable: Knowledge of GCP (Google Cloud Platform). Familiarity with Docker or CI/CD processes. Understanding of REST APIs. Profile: Highly analytical and organized. Problem-solving (Troubleshooting) oriented. Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical users. Prior experience in database development and data project management.
