Continuous training **Information Systems Intern.** **Location:** 45138 Nuevo México, Jal. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, or related field, from the 3rd semester onward. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. **Knowledge:** * Basic technical support knowledge (hardware and software). * Basic network management skills. * Familiarity with Windows operating systems. **Responsibilities:** * Handling and tracking support tickets. * Providing user support via chat, phone calls, and remote access. * Recording and documenting incidents. **We Offer:** * Monthly stipend of $7,500 (paid biweekly) * Accident insurance. * Continuous training. * Professional growth.
