Education and Experience** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. *(Not mandatory if functional HR experience is present).* * Desired 1 to 3 years of experience in: * Software implementation (ideally HR Tech or ERP) * Human Resources processes in areas such as: * 360° Evaluation * Performance Management * Organizational Climate * Job Descriptions * Payroll Administration (desirable) * Training and Needs Assessment * Demonstrable knowledge of basic Mexican HR regulations: **NOM\-035**, Federal Labor Law regarding labor relations, employer obligations, etc. **3\. Technical Skills** * Functional knowledge of HR processes. * Familiarity with HR software, assessment platforms, surveys, or performance systems. * Proficiency in Excel, project management tools, and communication platforms (Teams, Meet, Zoom). * Ability to quickly learn new technological tools. **4\. Additional Desired Qualities** * Interest in technology and innovation in talent processes. * Skill in building relationships and establishing trust. **Responsibilities:** Conduct needs assessment meetings with new clients. Configure the PeopleCloud system according to client processes. Load catalogs, organizational structures, and module configurations. Deliver training sessions for administrator and end users. Support the client throughout the adoption and go-live process. Document progress and maintain constant communication with the client. Identify improvements or risks during implementation and escalate them promptly. Ensure project timelines and goals are met. **Objectives:** The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for guiding the client from information gathering through to the successful launch of the PeopleCloud system. They must translate client requirements into platform configurations, deliver training, ensure proper system adoption, and complete the project within agreed timelines, maintaining clear and effective communication with all stakeholders.
