Collaboration with security and development teams Capital Empresarial Horizonte, a Mexican company specializing in Human Resources and Information Technologies, is looking for: **HashiCorp Vault Administrator** **On-site work at offices in CDMX, QRO, GDL, or MTY** Hybrid work model (3 days remote \- 2 days on-site) **Conversational English required** We are seeking a **HashiCorp Vault Administrator** with experience in security platform administration, secret management, and secure access automation. If you have experience working in DevOps environments, access controls, and critical infrastructure administration, this opportunity is for you. **Responsibilities** * Administer, operate, and maintain HashiCorp Vault clusters. * Manage static secrets (KV) and dynamic secrets for applications and infrastructure. * Implement secret lifecycle controls, rotation policies, and access governance. * Configure and administer authentication and access control mechanisms. * Integrate HashiCorp Vault with DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure platforms. * Provide operational support and incident response related to the Vault platform. * Monitor platform availability, performance, and security. * Collaborate with security, development, and infrastructure teams to ensure best practices in secret management. **Requirements** * Minimum of **4 years administering** **HashiCorp Vault** platforms. * Knowledge of **Secrets Management and privileged access security**. * Experience with authentication, authorization, and access control. * Knowledge of DevOps automation and integrations. * Experience working with **Linux** environments and automation tools. * Knowledge of credential rotation policies and certificate management. * Experience in **support, troubleshooting, and incident management**. * **Intermediate \- Advanced English (mandatory)**. **Desirable** * Experience with **CI/CD** tools. * Knowledge of **Kubernetes, Docker, or cloud environments**. * Experience integrating with **LDAP, Active Directory, or SSO systems**. * **Certifications** related to HashiCorp Vault or cloud security. **We Offer:** * Office hours * 100% payroll-based employment * Salary open to negotiation based on experience * Statutory benefits * Enhanced benefits (family SGMM, SV 1 million, grocery vouchers, 30-day bonus, PTU)
