




Job Summary: We are seeking a General Services Manager to administer and supervise staff, facilities, and supplies, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining company assets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages custodial staff and ensures facilities comply with regulations. 2. Administers and coordinates the supply of materials and work equipment. 3. Supervises maintenance of company equipment and furniture. We are looking for a General Services Manager **EDUCATION:** Bachelor’s degree in administrative fields or Industrial Engineering **KNOWLEDGE:** * Building maintenance issues * Modern office procedures * Commercial principles and practices * Budget control * Asset management and material custody * Staff supervision **WORK EXPERIENCE:** Minimum 3 years in a similar position **SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE:** * Microsoft Office * Excel (basic/intermediate level) * ERP **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Administer and supervise custodial staff * Ensure facilities and equipment comply with regulations * Plan and manage supply of materials and work equipment * Place orders for cleaning supplies, office equipment, stationery, and consumables as required * Process utility payments * Verify and follow up on each department’s needs * Request quotations for specific material purchases * Plan and coordinate activities related to supply of materials and work equipment * Coordinate company maintenance activities * Supervise and evaluate personnel under direct responsibility * Control and oversee material and work equipment procurement services * Supervise maintenance of company equipment and furniture **WE OFFER:** * Statutory benefits * 20 days’ year-end bonus * Job stability Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
