Job Summary: We are seeking IT personnel to perform and acquire knowledge in field support, equipment configuration, and maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Infrastructure and structured cabling project development 2. Equipment, application, and security preparation and configuration 3. Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment and peripherals **WE ARE SEEKING IT-FOCUSED PERSONNEL WHO WISH TO APPLY THEIR KNOWLEDGE AND ACQUIRE NEW SKILLS.** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Engineering, bachelor's degree, or technical diploma in systems **(completed or incomplete).** * Willingness to travel. * Experience: minimum 1 year in field or on-site support. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM **Knowledge:** * Backup creation, formatting, and software/hardware installation. * Basic structured cabling. * Protocols and configuration of Active Directory accounts, domains, and VPN connections. **Responsibilities:** * Preparation and configuration of new Windows 10 or newer devices. * Configuration of applications, email, Microsoft Office 365, and SharePoint. * Corrective and preventive maintenance. * Repair of computer and peripheral equipment. * Security policy configuration. * Installation and configuration of antivirus and security consoles. * Installation and configuration of peripheral equipment. * Infrastructure project development for structured cabling (training provided to new hires). * Image deployment. * Data backup. **WE OFFER** * Salary: $12,000 MXN monthly \+ $6,000.00 MXN monthly performance bonus * Ongoing training. * Travel allowances for domestic and local assignments. * Overtime pay (if applicable).
