AP Corporate is seeking **Field Support Engineer** **About the company:** We are a Mexican fuel station corporate group with 20 years of experience and continuous growth; we regard our customers as our most valuable asset and are committed to meeting their needs by investing in technology and delivering fast, efficient service. **Job Mission:** Ensure the proper functioning of hardware at each service station. **Job Requirements** **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, Informatics, or related fields. **Experience:** Preferably 2 or more years supporting end users, installing operating systems, networks, firewalls (Fortinet), and CCTV. **Knowledge:** Windows 10, 11, and Server installation; networks, firewalls, and CCTV; ability to drive a standard automobile and use basic tools. **Competencies:** Organization, Analytical Thinking, Communication Skills, Adaptability, Autonomy. **Job Responsibilities:** · Diagnose and resolve hardware and software failures. · Provide support to end users. · Resolve incidents involving computing equipment, printers, networks, etc. · Install equipment (PCs, laptops, servers). · Resolve incidents and perform maintenance on CCTV systems. · Configure operating systems and applications. · Conduct periodic equipment inspections to prevent failures. · Configure network equipment and firewalls (Basic Fortinet). **Compensation and Benefits:** Salary: **$15,000** gross per month.
