We hold the Socially Responsible Enterprise (ESR) distinction. · WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU!! · Senior Data Engineer - ETL Lead · Technical skills with at least 3 years of experience: Technical Discovery: Conduct process elicitation and data flow mapping in core systems (CIL, GIW, JK). Impact Analysis: Identify information consumers and critical dependencies for operations. Data Deep Dive: Analyze structures in Teradata (1,000+ tables) to filter exclusively the customer’s data assets. Stakeholder Engagement: Lead technical sessions with teams for knowledge extraction and business rule documentation. Solution Design: Propose equivalent architecture for ETL processes and data modeling without application cloning. Sizing: Estimate timelines, resources, and costs for the implementation/deployment phase. ETL & Data Integration Databases: Solid experience in Teradata (analysis of complex models) and Oracle. Data Ecosystem: Proficiency with Informatica, Kafka, and file-based integration flows. Architecture: Knowledge of data warehouse design and enterprise data integration layers. Methodologies: Experience working under Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) expertise. Certifications (Desirable): Certifications in ETL tools (Talend/Ab Initio) or Data Management certifications (CDMP) or Teradata Vantage.
