Administration of Actimize Infrastructure Services (AIS) Capital Empresarial Horizonte Empresa Mexicana, a Mexican company specializing in Human Resources and Information Technologies, is seeking: **Banking Risk and Compliance Engineer** **To work at offices in CDMX, QRO, GDL, or MTY** Hybrid work model (3 days remote \- 2 days on-site) **Conversational English required** We are looking for a NICE Actimize Specialist with solid experience in risk management within the retail banking sector. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in developing and customizing Actimize solutions, using Actimize Visualizer, knowledge of Java, frontend technologies, and Actimize Infrastructure Services (AIS). This position will participate in critical risk and regulatory compliance platforms to support the organization’s operational and regulatory objectives. **Responsibilities** **NICE Actimize Development** * Design, develop, and customize solutions using **NICE Actimize**. * Develop dashboards, workflows, and views using **Actimize Visualizer**. * Configure rules, scenarios, thresholds, and workflows in Actimize applications. * Participate in enhancements, bug fixes, and version upgrades of Actimize. * Collaborate with functional and technical teams to implement compliance and monitoring solutions. **Technical Development and Applications** * Develop and support backend components using Java. * Work with frontend technologies to support user interfaces, visualization, and interaction. * Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and ensure adherence to development standards. * Provide support and maintenance for risk and compliance-related applications. **Infrastructure and AIS** * Administer and work with Actimize Infrastructure Services (AIS). * Participate in environment configurations, deployments, and Actimize infrastructure component setup. * Coordinate with infrastructure and DevOps teams to ensure application stability and performance. * Monitor and optimize development, testing, and production environments. **Requirements** * **4\+ years** of experience working with **NICE Actimize**. * Practical experience with **Actimize Visualizer**. * Solid knowledge of **retail banking risk management and compliance**. * Experience in development using *Java*. * Knowledge of **frontend technologies**. * Experience with **AIS (Actimize Infrastructure Services)**. * Knowledge of **Actimize infrastructure deployment, configuration, and support**. * Experience working in **banking or financial environments**. * **Intermediate/advanced English (mandatory).** **We Offer:** * Office working hours * 100% payroll-based employment model * Salary open to negotiation based on experience * Statutory benefits * Enhanced benefits (family SGMM, SV coverage of 1 million MXN, grocery vouchers, 30-day bonus, profit-sharing distribution)
