At **Quintana Ingenieros**, a leading company in industrial electrical engineering and maintenance services, we are looking for a **Quality and Commissioning Assistant** to join our national operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring technical excellence in our low-, medium-, and high-voltage installations, managing quality documentation, and supporting project commissioning across the Mexican Republic. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Quality Management:** Conduct on-site inspections to verify compliance with regulations (**NOM-001-SEDE**) and internal standards. * **Field Testing (Commissioning):** Assist with insulation tests (Megger), transformer turns ratio tests (TTR), and contact resistance tests. * **Document Control:** Integration and tracking of the Quality Dossier and non-conformance reporting. * **Modeling and Drawings:** Support updating "As-Built" drawings and visualizing models in **Revit** and AutoCAD. * **Safety:** Ensure installations comply with electrical safety protocols (**NFPA 70E**). **Requirements:** * **Education:** Degree or current student in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months to 1 year in similar roles (professional internships in the industrial sector accepted). * **Software:** Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of or willingness to learn **Revit** (Desirable). * **Availability:** **Must be available for frequent nationwide travel.** * **Residence:** Queretaro, with availability to travel. **Desired Competencies:** * High attention to detail. * Strong organizational and document management skills. * Effective communication and proactive field engagement. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience. * Statutory benefits from day one. * **100% coverage of travel expenses and accommodation for out-of-town projects.** * Ongoing technical training and specialized personal protective equipment (PPE) — Dielectric / Arc Flash. * Opportunity for professional growth on large-scale projects.
