





**Main Responsibilities:** Support basic administrative tasks in the Human Resources department: physical and digital filing, organization of records, attendance tracking, system updates for hires and terminations. Assist in posting job openings, receiving resumes, following up with candidates, and coordinating interviews. Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to prepare simple reports, personnel lists, attendance records, and other documents. Participate in internal training sessions and professional development opportunities in the Human Resources field. **Requirements:** **Minimum Education:** Completed high school diploma. Technical or university studies in Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or related fields will be an advantage.
