What you need to join SIGBIM: * Bachelor's degree or engineering in Architecture, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields. * Knowledge and work experience in BIM methodology, 3D modeling * Experience with specialized systems (CCTV, voice, audio, data, DTI, etc.) Some activities you will perform as a BIM Drafter at SIGBIM: * Design * Basic knowledge of structures and installations * 3D modeling * Interpretation of drawings across various disciplines * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, Microsoft Office * Architectural drawing design * Executive project drawing * Development of installation criteria * Creation of visual materials for presentations * Preparation of project corrections * Conducting architectural surveys (measuring dimensions, heights, levels, etc.) * Organization of digital files * Knowledge of isometrics, sections, piping, and building surveying * Proficiency in AutoCAD software * Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp * Experience in industrial, architectural, or mechatronic drafting * Material quantity takeoff * Reading and interpretation of drawings SIGBIM's compensation package includes: * **Gross monthly salary: $15,000 to $17,000** * Biweekly payments * Statutory benefits * 100% IMSS registration * Work schedule from Monday to Friday Employment type: Full-time, Indefinite term Salary: $15,000.00 \- $17,000.00 per month Work location: On-site position
