Challenging work in cost and budget management **Position Summary** We seek a professional in Architecture or Civil Engineering to join our technical team. This role is fundamental to our operations, focusing on performing precise on-site surveys and expertly structuring economic proposals in OPUS, ensuring every unit price analysis is both competitive and technically sound. **Essential Requirements** * Education: Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. * Experience: Minimum 2 years in cost and budget areas. * Software: Expert proficiency in OPUS (90% verifiable) for proposal integration and material takeoff. * Technical Skills: \* Experience conducting physical on-site surveys. o Specialist in Unit Price Analysis (UPA). o Advanced Excel skills and blueprint reading ability. Main Responsibilities * Technical Surveys: Site visits for measurement and quantification of items. * Unit Price Analysis: Structuring UPAs (materials, labor, and equipment). * OPUS Integration: Creation and finalization of complete economic proposals. * Technical Writing: Professional and structured drafting of item descriptions. * General Notes: Inclusion of technical and safety specifications at the end of quotations. Working Conditions and Schedule * Fixed schedule: Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Saturdays: 8:00 AM–1:30 PM. * Availability: Time availability required during budget closing dates. * Compensation: Overtime hours worked for project closures are paid in accordance with applicable law.
