We are seeking a recently graduated civil engineer for the position of construction resident with the ability to manage work teams, plan construction activities, and supervise on-site operations. **Responsibilities** * Supervise and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications. * Report on project updates, milestones, and potential risks. * Analyze and interpret engineering drawings, study reports, and other technical documentation to guide the construction process. * Plan and oversee the allocation of resources, materials, and equipment to optimize project efficiency. **Qualifications** * **Education:** University degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent professional certification * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D, familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, and knowledge in site design, leveling, and utility management. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, along with effective communication abilities.
